Following our format of ‘priority-based’ training programs, the 8 week plans are designed rich with detail to build on existing fitness so you’ll crush an upcoming race.
We’ll establish your current level with our ‘equivalent fitness calculations’ then tailor your program to exact training speeds to ensure you’re working at precise intensities to make the most of the time frame.
